Cyclone Hits Myanmar; LHM Staff Is Safe

A devastating cyclone tore through Myanmar (formerly Burma) over the weekend, leaving at least 22,000 people dead, 41,000 missing, and hundreds of thousands more displaced. As reports continue to come in, these numbers are expected to rise. Click here to read more.

Party on the Prairie
The North Dakota District LLL is having another Party on the Prairie at the Brandenburg's in Edgeley, ND. The dates are May 15 and 16. We will be roofing one building about 40x70 in size. The proceeds raised will be used as follows: The first $1000 will be used to sponsor the web-site faithmoments.com, which is a nonprofit, Internet-based service and resource ministry providing encouragement and materials to actively integrate Christian faith-building opportunities into every family schedule, for one week. Any monies raised over $1000 will be sent to the Sam Freeman Ministry in Liberia.
